About This Episode
Mayor Bloomberg's congestion pricing plan was passed by the City Council March 31, 2008 and is under consideration by the state legislature. If approved, drivers would begin paying an $8 fee to drive below 60th Street in Manhattan. Gail Robinson of the Gotham Gazette gives us the latest developments.
